Hello EverybodyThought I would pass along my Tortilla Soup recipe. It’s an easy winter meal

START WITH

1 tsp olive oil
1 C onion (chopped)
2-3 cloves of garlic (chopped
2 C chicken (diced)

COOK ABOVE TOGETHER UNTIL THE CHICKEN IS DONE

ADD REMAINING INGREDIANTS

1 can mexican corn
2 cans chicken broth
1 can mexican tomatoes ( I use Rotel’s Mexican)
1 can tomato soup

SEASON WITH (I season to taste. If you like spicy add more of till it tastes the way you like it

1 tsp cumin
1 tsp worsteshire
1/2 tsp chilie powder
Tabasco if you dare

SERVE WITH

Tortilla Chips
Sour Cream
Lime Wedge
